The Nicholls State University men's and women's cross country squads are set to race at the NCAA South Central Regionals Friday, which will be held at Texas A&M's Watts Cross Country Course. The women's 6K is set to begin at 9:15 a.m. with the men's 10K following on a 10:15 a.m. start.
