FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Following a successful conclusion to the Southland Conference Championships two weeks ago, the Nicholls State University cross country program returns to action in the final major event of the season -- the NCAA South Central Regional, hosted this year by the University of Arkansas on Friday, Nov. 15. On the course, the Colonels will directly clash against the entire region's best opponents -- including squads from seven different conferences (SEC, Big 12, Sun Belt, Conference USA, Southland, American Athletic & SWAC) -- in a competition designed to determine both individual and team placement in the NCAA National Championships later this November.
